Virtual Reception

How much does it cost?

We have a range of packages, that range from a Pay As You Go service where you pay just £0.99 per call you receive, or £20 per month and then just £0.79 per minute (billed per second) for calls you receive.

How does it work?

You contact your landline supplier and use their divert facility. This can be for all calls, only those where you can't answer within 15 seconds, only those where you are already on a call, or both of the last two. You can also divert your mobile, rather than have an annoying answerphone message played to callers.

Do I pay twice when I divert calls

You will be charged by your landline supplier for any call diverted to us, at your standard rate for National calls.

Can I divert from a mobile?

Yes, this can be especially useful if you are out on the go a lot. You simply program in your unique DDI number, which we will give you, into your phones settings. This can then divert all calls if you were in a meeting, only those when the phone is out of service, or you can divert just when you press the 'busy' button whilst a call is ringing.
